Superfast Dorset aims to provide access to superfast broadband to 95% of premises in Dorset, with the remainder having access to at least 2Mbps.
Fastershire is a project to bring fibre broadband to around 90% of homes and businesses in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire by the end of 2016. That's roughly 148,000 premises.
Wiltshire Online aims to improve access to broadband for citizens and businesses in Wiltshire with a minimum of 85%, (possibly 95%) of premises able to access the higher performing next generation superfast broadband by 2015.
South Gloucestershire Council is working in partnership with Wiltshire Council and British Telecom (BT) to ensure that by March 2016, all premises within South Gloucestershire can access at least a standard broadband service with 94% of premises able to access superfast broadband.
Devon and Somerset County Councils together with North Somerset, Plymouth, Torbay and Bath & North East Somerset Councils are working in partnership to bring faster broadband to the area.
